Fable Forged Store Policies
Return Policy
At Fable Forged we want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for refunds or store credit under the following conditions:
1. Item Condition
Unless your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, returned items must meet the following requirements:

In new, unused, and resalable condition

With tags attached (if applicable)

In original packaging (including all components)

“Open box” items are acceptable only if complete and undamaged
2. Form of Refund
Refunds will be issued in:

The original form of payment

Or store credit if the original payment method is unavailable
Note: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Ineligible Items
The following are non-refundable:

Clearance items

Final sale items

Special-order items

Gift cards

Damaged or used sale items
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements or at the discretion of Fable Forged management.
4. Return Timeline & Authorization
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To begin the return process:

Include your order number and reason for return
Returns shipped without prior authorization may be rejected. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the item for your refund to be processed.
5. Return Shipping

Defective or incorrect items: We’ll provide a pre-paid return label

Other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
6. Restocking Fee
A 2% restocking fee (or the maximum allowed by law) may apply to non-defective items to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking.
Service Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription service at any time by visiting their subscription account page.
2. Order Cancellation
If an order has already shipped or is in transit:

Provide a cancellation request within 7 days of purchase

Include a receipt and written request via support@fableforgedgames.com
Services will continue until cancellation is confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.
3. Early Cancellation
No penalty will be charged for cancellations made:

At least 7 days prior to the first scheduled service

At least 7 days before scheduled delivery
4. Provider-Initiated Cancellation
Fable Forged reserves the right to cancel services if payment is overdue for 30+ days after notice has been given.
5. Canceling Shipped Orders
Orders may only be canceled if:

The item is eligible for return (see Return Policy)

The request is made 7 days before shipping begins
Note: A 2% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply following a cancellation.

Carriers
We use USPS and UPS for all deliveries.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Cancellations
Once processing begins, your order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Contact us immediately if you have questions.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Delayed Orders
If order processing is delayed beyond our control, customers may cancel for a full refund. Shipping carrier delays are not covered by Fable Forged. Please contact the carrier directly for tracking issues.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Once an item has been transferred to the carrier, Fable Forged is not liable for damage or loss. If your item arrives damaged:
