Fable Story Box Policies

 RETURN POLICY

 

Fable Story Box wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, item(s) to be returned: must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with tags attached and or may be an “open box” but must be complete and all original packaging intact.        

  2. FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued: in the original form of payment and or in-store credit

    If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees for the returned item will be the consumer’s responsibility.

 

  1. EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items, EXCEPT for the following, may be eligible for a refund:

             ☒  Clearance items
             ☒  Final sale items
             ☒  Special-order items
             ☒  Gift cards
             ☒  Other: Damaged or used sale items

    We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of Fable Story Box management.

 

4.  RETURNS. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fablestorybox.com or email fablestorybox@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

 

5. RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items that are being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be: paid for by the customer.

 

6. RESTOCKING FEE.

 

Except for items that are returned for being damaged or defective or items that were

shipped in error, at the retailer’s discretion, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging,

and restocking items, a restocking fee of 2% (or the maximum amount permitted by

state law, whichever is less) may be assessed for the following items or types of items:

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by state law.

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Services. To cancel a subscription service, the customer must visit their subscription page for cancellation of subscription. To cancel an order that has already been shipped or is in the process of delivery; the customer must provide a purchase receipt before 7 days of the purchase date and a written cancelation request to  support@fablestorybox.com. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, services will continue to be shipped and the customer will be liable and responsible for paying for said service or services. Service Termination. Upon expiration of customer-provided notice of cancellation, and appropriate cancel of subscription, services will: terminate immediately.

 

Early Cancellation.

 

Customers may cancel service, without penalty, by providing written notice at least 7 days before the first scheduled service will take place and 7 days before delivery day.

 

Cancellation Fee. Customer: is not required to pay a cancellation fee.

 

Provider Initiated Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel service if the customer’s account remains delinquent for 30 days after the customer is notified that the account has become delinquent.

 

Canceling Shipped Orders. Shipped orders for items that are eligible for return may be canceled or eligible for cancelation. For more information about item eligibility, please see our Return Policy. Orders may be canceled as follows:

Eligible orders may be canceled 7 days before the shipping process has started.

Other Terms and Conditions.

The consumer is responsible and liable to pay a restocking fee of 2% of the product price purchased and return shipping cost after a cancellation occurs.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS.

 

☒ - Domestic Shipping.

☒ - International Shipping.

 

SHIPPING METHOD- USPS and United Postal Services. 

  1. PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days excluding, international deliveries, weekends and or public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, the delivery carrier can provide a tracking number to the customer.

 

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order may not be eligible for cancelation, return, or refund. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

 

RETURNS

Our return policy is:

 

Returns Accepted. Returns can be accepted up to 7 days after purchase receipt. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

 

DELAYED ORDERS

 

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping carrier delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed shipments, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

 

DAMAGED ORDERS

 

Fable Story Box is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider and discuss refund availability.
