Welcome to www.fableforgedgames.com. This website (the "Site") is operated by Fable Forged ("Fable", "we", "our", "us"). The services provided by Fable through this Site are subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Subscription Cancellation: To cancel a subscription, visit your subscription page on the Site and follow the cancellation process.

• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped or is in transit, you must submit a cancellation request within 7 days of purchase, along with your order receipt, to support@fableforgedgames.com. Once cancellation is finalized, any shipped services remain the responsibility of the customer until the cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds are granted at the discretion of Fable, and any refunds issued are subject to our review.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites ("Linked Sites") that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of any Linked Site, nor do we endorse or make any representations about them. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Fable of the site or its operators.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration, under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single arbitrator chosen by both parties. The arbitration will take place at a location mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration will proceed on an individual basis. Class actions or collective proceedings are not allowed. Claims may only be brought by a single individual and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

14. Limitation of Liability
